Should traditional offices stick to classic design? Our designer chose to blend classic and modern elements in this traditional office space. As an example, Tuntex crafts tailored designs for conference rooms, breakout areas, open workspaces, and private offices. We incorporated T716 Vintage, T723 1933 Shanghai, and T801 Color Zip into different zones, while customizing carpet selections to suit each area's unique functionality.
Ocean Wave as the Design Concept
To foster a sense of comfort and relaxation, the breakout areas feature a neutral yet bright color palette. Inspired by the seaside, the design incorporates soft greys, tans, greens, and blues from T716 Vintage, creating a subtle contrast against the clean furnishings and white office walls. Gentle, wave-like curves enhance the space, adding a harmonious and soothing rhythm that makes the break room feel more inviting and laid-back.
T716 Vintage also features Ecofresh™ treatment, a proprietary technology that improves indoor air quality by effectively neutralizing odors—from smoke to food smells—keeping the space fresh and comfortable.
Overall Color Theme
To ensure visual cohesion, the designer used a dark grey carpet for private offices and a light grey for open areas. T723 1933 Shanghai was applied across the open workspace, offering a timeless, luxurious aesthetic perfect for commercial settings.
Irregular Shapes for Creative Inspiration
To spark innovation, the design plays with geometric creativity—a seven-piece puzzle concept. Carpet tiles were cut into triangular pieces and rearranged in varying colors for a dynamic effect. T801 Color Zip was added to complement this bold, artistic installation.
